Booking & Cancellation Terms
Winter Season 2026–2027
General Conditions
- Bookings valid for 15 November 2026 – 30 April 2027
- Flexible cancellation up to 90 days before arrival (€150 administrative fee applies)
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Christmas & New Year minimum stay: 4 nights
Winter 2026–2027
15 Nov – 15 Dec 2026 & 5 Jan – 30 Apr 2027
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit due at booking (within 7 days) – confirms reservation
- Balance due 60 days before arrival
- Bookings made less than 60 days before arrival: full payment required at booking
Cancellation Terms
- 90–30 days before arrival: 50% fee
- 29 days or less before arrival: 100% fee
Christmas & New Year
16 Dec 2026 – 4 Jan 2027
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit due at booking (within 7 days) – confirms reservation
- Balance due by 20 September 2026
- Bookings made after 20 September 2026: full payment required at booking
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation by 20 September 2026: 50% fee
- Cancellation after 20 September 2026: 100% fee
Other Terms
- Eligible refunds processed within 4 days
- No-show: 100% fee (deposit non-refundable)
- Cancellations ≥ 90 days before arrival: €150 administrative fee
- All cancellations & changes must be made by email and confirmed in writing by Aura Arctic Chalets
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to the accommodation or equipment
- Separate terms apply for activities
Important Notes
- Comprehensive travel insurance is required (to cover illness, accidents, and unexpected events)
- Aura Arctic Chalets is not obliged to accept free cancellations based on medical certificates or similar documentation
- Tour Operator must confirm booking within 4 days of the preliminary reservation
